As stated, the new measures have now been put into place and all passengers must get pre-authorisation at least 48 hours before travelling. It is fairly straight forward and the approval was almost instant subjected to an ordinary holiday request.
You may wish to leave your approval until it is nearer your particular departure date but if there are problems with your application it warns that it could take up to 3 months to resolve by which time you could miss your flight. Our advice, get it done earlier rather than later!
For those who have been to the States before, effectively, the info required on the new electronic application is the same info as you previously completed on the green forms completion during the flight.
Once you have completed this electronic version it is valid for 2 years.
The form requires an address where you will be staying in the states.
For your visit to our villa we will email you the address upon your booking confirmation.
Anyone who has not been given pre-authorisation to travel to the US will not be allowed to board the plane for the outbound flight.
