arrival and directly after guests depart to ensure the
highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Yes, the villa is fully equipped with such
items. A small supply of all bath & toilet essentials
are also provided but you will need to purchase more once
you have had time to visit the supermarket |

Yes, it can be used to make local calls
Free of charge.
For international or long distance calls we recommend
that you use Skype on the villa computer. Calls using
Skype to other computers anywhere the world are FREE,
and its easy to for someone at home to register on Skype
before you visit Florida. Calls to other land lines and
mobiles are still cheap, around 1.5p per minute
However, as a secondary alternative, pre-paid phone cards
are available from supermarkets for approx $5 |

No, the price quoted is for the villa per
week.
For a family of 6, Villa Amanda provides high quality
accommodation at an affordable price |

Sorry, but for the comfort and safety of
all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the
villa.
Smoking is permitted out on the patio area.
